Here, that career path is laid out from day one. An established company specializing in technical plastic injection molding in Pla de l'Estany is hiring a production operator to train internally and progress toward becoming an injection molder. Prior experience in injection molding is not required: they provide all technical training. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? * Work at the machine in the production area, following instructions and process standards. * Ensure parts meet specifications and promptly report any deviations. * Maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation. * Coordinate daily with production, quality, and maintenance teams. * Gradually assume, through internal training, process- and machine-related tasks until reaching the role of injection molder. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Genuine motivation to learn and grow within the company. * Consistency and rigor: methodical person who follows instructions and takes care of their workstation. * Commitment and stability: we seek someone interested in a long-term project, not a short-term position. * Availability for rotating morning/afternoon shifts, with possibility of rotating night shifts. * Manual dexterity and comfort working with machinery. No prior experience in injection molding or mold changes is required: this training is provided internally. ADDITIONAL ASSETS (not mandatory) * Previous work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, even in another sector. * Vocational training (medium-level) in industrial fields. * Early-career professional profile, with room for growth within the company.
