The Role We are currently looking for a **Middleware Engineer (N3\)** for a stable remote-work project. If you are a senior professional with solid experience in managing, optimizing, and architecting integration platforms, we’re waiting for you! **HOW WILL YOU HELP US FULFILL OUR MISSION?** * Advanced (Level 3\) administration, configuration, tuning, and maintenance of Middleware platforms and application servers. * Design and implementation of integration architectures oriented toward high availability, performance, and scalability. * Resolution of complex incidents and provision of expert-level technical support. * Automation of deployments, configurations, and operational tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools. * Close collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure proper application lifecycle deployment. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Join a dynamic IT-sector company in a growth phase, working on cutting-edge technological projects—both internal and client-facing. * **Salary:** Up to €45\.000 gross/year (based on merit). * **Permanent contract** * **Health insurance** * **Long-term development and career progression** * **Training and learning program** * **Flexible working hours** * **Remote work** * **Flexible compensation** (transportation, meal vouchers, childcare) * **Company events** * **Open and inclusive work environment** REQUIREMENTS * **University degree** in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent long-term professional experience. * **Solid and demonstrable experience (N3\)** in administering application servers and messaging platforms (e.g., JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, RabbitMQ, Kafka). * **In-depth knowledge** of web server (Apache, Nginx) and load balancer management. * **Experience in automation**, using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or scripting (Bash/Python). * **Highly desirable:** Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments. * Ability to perform deep problem diagnosis (*troubleshooting*), attention to detail, and orientation toward resolving critical incidents.
