At Kave, we are accelerating our evolution toward more scalable, resilient, and automated platforms, leveraging cloud technologies and modern operational models. **MISSION:** We seek a Senior SysOps professional with strong cloud orientation to lead the operation, stability, and evolution of our environments on Google Cloud, Azure, and the Microsoft ecosystem—ensuring high availability, security, and sound operational practices within a hybrid context. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Ensure cloud platform stability and continuity** Guarantee proper functioning of production systems in the cloud, ensuring SLA compliance and reliable, scalable operations. * **Implement a cloud-native operation based on observability** Design and maintain monitoring, metrics, and alerting solutions tailored to cloud services and distributed environments. * **Manage secure changes and deployments** Plan and execute infrastructure changes in the cloud in a controlled manner, validating impact, costs, and post-implementation results. * **Define cloud architecture and security standards** Establish common patterns for architecture, security, governance, and operations across GCP and Azure—avoiding manual or inconsistent configurations. * **Incident management, resilience, and continuous improvement** Analyze complex incidents in cloud platforms, leading improvements that enhance resilience, self-healing, and recoverability. * **Automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)** Reduce operational debt through automation, standardization, and use of declarative infrastructure. **TECH STACK – CLOUD & HYBRID:** **Cloud & Platforms** * Google Cloud Platform * Microsoft Azure (IaaS / PaaS) * Microsoft Ecosystem (AD / Entra ID, identity integration) **Infrastructure-as-Code & Automation** * Terraform, ARM / Bicep (as appropriate per environment) * CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure * Scripting (Bash, PowerShell) **Observability & Operations** * Cloud-native monitoring * Logging, metrics, and alerting * Incident and capacity management **Security & Governance** * Identity & Access Management * Policies, cost control, and compliance * Hybrid connectivity and cloud perimeter security **REQUIREMENTS:** * Solid experience as SysOps, SRE, or similar role in cloud environments * In-depth knowledge of GCP and hands-on experience with Azure environments * Experience in hybrid environments and mission-critical services * Focus on automation, IaC, and scalable operations * Mindset centered on reliability, security, and continuous improvement **WE OFFER:** * Being part of a company undergoing full technological transformation * An ambitious project with real business impact * Modern offices and a collaborative work environment * Flexible compensation (health insurance, training, childcare support, etc.) * 30% discount on Kave products
