**SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER \| 4 months \+ possible incorporation**
* Duration: 4 months \+ possible incorporation
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (1 hour for lunch).
* On-site mode.

**Your mission**
As a **Supplier Quality Engineer**, you will ensure quality and compliance across European suppliers, driving continuous improvement of their processes and enabling efficient resolution of issues.
**The challenges you’ll face:**
* You will manage non-conformities from European suppliers.
* You will ensure adherence to established methodologies at suppliers.
* You will conduct internal audits.
* You will lead procedure improvements and define new processes where none exist.
* You will manage quality documentation.
* You will advise suppliers to ensure correct execution of quality processes.
* You will coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
* You will track action plans and 8D reports.
**What will make you succeed in this role:**
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 3\-5 years of experience in TIER1; OEM experience is a plus.
* Practical knowledge of industrial environments and quality tools (8D, 5W, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.).
* Advanced Excel skills and quality methodologies.
* Minimum English level B2\.
**Your selection process will be as follows:**
1\. Brief call to align expectations and get to know you (15 min).
2\. Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min).
3\. In-person technical validation with the Operations team / department heads to understand daily operations (45 min).
