Project: Integrals Plus 2025 \- Minimum academic qualification: university degree (4-year bachelor’s degree totaling 240 ECTS credits, and/or undergraduate degree), preferably in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy. In case of holding a university degree other than those preferred, a minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in the field of career guidance is required. \- Proficiency in the Catalan language at level C1 (sufficient command), as stipulated in Article 11 of Law 1/1998, of 7 January, on Linguistic Policy. This shall be certified by the Certificate of Sufficient Command (Level C1) in Catalan issued by the Secretariat for Linguistic Policy or an equivalent official document. If documentary evidence of the required Catalan language proficiency cannot be provided, candidates must pass a specific test to demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Catalan language. Offered: \- Indefinite-term discontinuous contract \- Expected start date: December 2025 \- January 2026 \- Expected end date of the first call: December 2026 \- Full-time position \- Annual gross salary: €27,024.90 (annual gross salary) Main responsibilities include: \- Informing and offering users existing resources and services provided by EMFO and other relevant entities, explaining the benefits derived from participating in various activities aimed at facilitating their labor insertion or professional reorientation. \- Coordinating, where applicable, with the program’s prospecting staff to accurately define required candidate profiles. \- Selecting program participants in accordance with program objectives, ensuring coordination with other local stakeholders working with the target group, as well as with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia through its Employment Offices. \- Identifying individuals within the operational territorial area who best match job offers defined during enterprise prospecting and advisory activities, in compliance with regulatory requirements and job offer specifications, applying a competence-based selection model. \- Equipping such individuals with appropriate tools and strategies to successfully navigate recruitment processes and potential hiring by the contracting entity. \- Proposing pre-selected candidates to the contracting entity and completing the corresponding procedures with the Employment Office to verify eligibility criteria and finalize candidate selection. \- Addressing personal and/or competency-related aspects of program participants—tailored to the specific target group—to enhance their adaptation to the workplace. \- Maintaining individual and group communication with participants to support their integration into Program activities. \- Monitoring participants’ training and employment contracts, and maintaining continuous contact with the contracting entity’s designated contact person, as well as with prospecting and training staff. \- Managing administrative procedures related to the cases handled (case files) and the Program, using EMFO’s proprietary management application and the funding client’s management systems. \- Collecting necessary data to report both individual and aggregate indicators, enabling implementation of individual and overall activity evaluation mechanisms. \- Jointly evaluating, together with the heads of respective services, outcomes achieved and, where appropriate, proposing improvement measures to ensure procedural efficiency. All these tasks fall under the role of Accompaniment Technician within the Integrals Plus 2025 Program. * Experience: 1 month.
