To support our growth, My Digital Buildings is seeking a **3D Surveyor - Experienced 3D Acquisition Manager** (M/F). **Position**: Full-time, ***with permanent contract or freelance***, based in Barcelona **Who we are** With over 300 clients in the industrial, retail, real estate, and construction sectors, My Digital Buildings helps companies in these industries build, operate, and renovate more efficiently by providing reliable and accessible spatial data collected via 3D scanners and drones. **Context and responsibilities** As part of its strong growth and to support the launch of its first subsidiary in Spain, My Digital Buildings is looking for an experienced 3D Surveyor - 3D Acquisition Manager (M/F). **Job responsibilities** * Plan acquisition operations and allocate resources (human and material), while adhering to regulations, deadlines, and budgets. * Prepare 3D scanning and data capture operations. * Coordinate or directly carry out 3D data collection in the field using static or dynamic 3D scanners, following established standards and protocols; provide support to teams when necessary (on-site or at our offices); manage external collaborators. * Process and verify collected 3D data to ensure consistency and accuracy; draft progress and final reports upon completion of interventions. * Produce an operational and organizational review for each operation as part of our continuous improvement system. **Requirements** * Proficiency with technologies related to field data collection and their safe implementation: static 3D scanners (such as Leica RTC 360\) or dynamic systems (such as NavVis VLX), drones, and other specialized equipment. * Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling software and point cloud processing: Register 360 (single-technology or multi-technology) or 3DR. * Familiarity with data processing programs. * Solid understanding of current regulations and standards. * Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to 3D surveying operations in demanding and restricted environments. * Bilingual in Spanish; English level (B1\); knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
