STUDIES TECHNICIAN (M/F) FOR INSTALLATIONS

Are you passionate about the construction industry? We are looking for a Studies Technician for Installations and a Studies Technician (with future promotion to Department Head) to expand our Studies and Tendering Department and support the construction projects we carry out across Barcelona. Main Responsibilities: \- Review tender projects to support the Studies Department in preparing competitive bids with market-aligned pricing and technically sound proposals. \- Manage installation contracting for building construction projects, selecting the optimal installer for each project. \- Supervise the execution of installations on building construction sites to ensure compliance with contractual terms and current regulations. \- Review technical documentation and installation project plans to optimize designs and identify deficiencies that may reduce overall project costs. \- Deliver exceptional client experience aligned with Grup Calaf standards. \- Coordinate activities across Production, Quality, and Safety. * Minimum 5 years of experience. At least 3 years * Competencies / Knowledge required: \- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the installations field \- Technical or Higher Engineering degree \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, and Presto \- Knowledge of CTE, RITE, and RBT regulations; energy efficiency \- Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training \- Valid driver's license * Availability of personal vehicle * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional information of interest: 35\.000 \- 45\.000 · Excellent working environment · Flexible remuneration plan · Continuous training · Genuine professional advancement opportunities within our company · Potential generational succession to Department Head
