At **Sorli**, a century-old company and benchmark in the food and retail sector in Catalonia, we are seeking to hire a **Recruitment Technician** to strengthen our Human Talent team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for **covering vacant positions across the company’s various business lines**, ensuring efficient, objective selection processes aligned with team needs.
It will also be essential to **stay up to date on the use of various recruitment platforms** and to establish relationships with **universities, schools, and other entities** as talent sources.
Main responsibilities
* Manage the **entire recruitment and selection cycle**, from defining and publishing job offers to hiring (contract preparation, Social Security registration, and notification to SEPE).
* Conduct **competency- and knowledge-based interviews** (individual interviews, group dynamics, etc.).
* Collaborate with **department, zone, or center managers** to understand staffing needs and ensure selection of the most suitable profiles.
* Manage and coordinate outsourced processes with **Temporary Work Agencies (ETTs) and recruitment consultancies**.
* Maintain and update the **candidate database**, as well as identify new recruitment sources according to required profiles.
* Drive **continuous improvement of selection processes** to optimize efficiency and hiring quality.
* Provide support in other areas of the **Human Talent department**.

Minimum requirements
* University degree in **Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field**.
* Minimum **3 years’ experience** in recruitment roles within an HR department.
* Proficiency in **Excel** and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Talent Clue, or similar.
* Experience or knowledge of the **food sector** will be valued.
* Commitment to **gender equality**.
* **Fluency in Catalan**, both spoken and written.
* University education: degree in Psychology and/or Labour Relations.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience performing recruitment duties in an HR department.
* Proficiency in Excel and talent management tools (LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Talent Clue, or similar).
* Knowledge of the food sector will be valued.
