Your responsibilities will include: * Processing and managing bibliographic and archival collections. * Reviewing and validating processes carried out by external collaborators. * Handling internal inquiries (from management, departments, exhibitions, events) and external inquiries (from researchers). * Preparing reports, summaries, and project proposals. * Assisting in preparing content for websites, exhibitions, or publications. * Identifying and acquiring collections through auctions or other methods. What we are looking for: * Advanced degree (preferably in Humanities: History, Philology, etc.). * Training or experience in documentation (master's degrees, courses, or professional background). * Proficiency in internet, digital tools, and AI applications. * (Desirable) Knowledge of databases, digital asset management, and document processing. Interest in contemporary Spanish cultural context: Institución Libre de Enseñanza, Residencia de Estudiantes, historical avant-gardes...
