If you have experience as a Quality Engineer and wish to join an attractive project within an international company, this is your opportunity. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Manage and resolve internal nonconformities, customer complaints, and supplier nonconformities. * Coordinate and track corrective actions using the 8D methodology and root cause analysis. * Develop and update procedures, specifications, and quality documentation. * Manage and control records and incidents within the integrated management system. * Monitor quality indicators and analyze costs arising from incidents. * Evaluate, monitor, and support suppliers and subcontractors. * Conduct internal, process, and product audits. * Collaborate on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans for new projects. * Provide technical support during process validation, prototyping, and testing. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and incident prevention measures. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a leading international family-owned company in its sector, currently experiencing growth and expansion. * Professional development in a highly dynamic environment, with direct interaction with plant personnel and other organizational departments. * A position offering growth potential and internal promotion opportunities within the team. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, supporting work-life balance. * Competitive remuneration, negotiable per candidate. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent; quality management training is desirable. * Strong communication and teamwork skills; frequent interaction with production team members and other organizational departments will be required. * Proactive and dynamic personality; motivated to engage in projects and capable of contributing ideas proactively. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in industrial environments. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) standards. * Familiarity with casting processes and common defects is desirable. * Experience working with ERP systems and Excel is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English. * Geographic proximity to Igualada or surrounding areas is desirable.
