Eurest Colectividades S.L. guarantees equal opportunities and fair evaluation of all applications submitted for this selection process. ### **Responsibilities** Responsibilities: * Gather recruitment needs from each department. * Define the appropriate personal and professional profile for the position to be filled. * Publish job openings and screen resumes. * Contact candidates. * Conduct initial interviews with candidates. * Draft selection reports summarizing outcomes. * Employee support. * Daily coordination of staffing needs across sites. * Coordination of returnees. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in similar roles (minimum 2 years). * Experience in recruitment departments of catering companies or temporary staffing agencies (ETTs) is highly valued. * Experience managing recruitment processes and projects. * A university degree is preferred—especially in Psychology, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Labor Relations, or related fields. * Specialized training in HR and/or recruitment techniques is advantageous. * Customer orientation. * Organizational skills. * Communication skills. ### **What We Offer** We offer: * Full-time position. * Permanent contract. * Complimentary meal service. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30; Friday, 9:00–14:00 (with 30-minute flexibility at start/end time). * 1 remote working day per week. * Intensive working schedule during August. * Salary commensurate with qualifications.
