Our strength lies in people. **Responsibilities** Under the supervision of the National Lean Manager, implement all actions related to the LEAN methodology at the assigned distribution center, as well as continuous improvement of established processes. Key Responsibilities * Implement the agreed LEAN model at the assigned distribution center, as defined with the Supply Chain Lean Manager. * Identify logistics team training needs across regional companies and communicate them to the Supply Chain Lean Manager. * Coordinate and execute nationally defined training activities at the assigned distribution center. * Participate in international LEAN Academy working sessions and coordinate and deliver agreed training at the assigned distribution center, in accordance with guidelines from the Supply Chain Lean Manager. * Advise the Regional Logistics Manager on all activities requiring application of the LEAN methodology. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility for the regional logistics department. * Implement and monitor LEAN-specific KPIs displayed on team boards at the assigned distribution center. * Ensure correct implementation and integration of team boards into work processes, guaranteeing that indicators are clearly understood by all departments within the assigned distribution center.
