CareerOS seeks a highly motivated and skilled full\-stack engineer who is passionate about building great products and product features end\-to\-end. About The Role: You will work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to define and deliver the technical vision for our products. In this role, you’ll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle \- including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. Within this role, you will: * Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document our app written in Javascript (React, Typescript) and Go. * Work closely with frontend, product, and design departments to collaborate and execute the product vision. * Work in a continuous delivery environment, writing production\-ready code shipped to users with minimal delay. * Advising on new technologies and methodologies. * Test and optimize software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. * Support, debug, and improve existing features and codebase. * Involve in code review and tech decisions. * Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure that products are user\-friendly and intuitive. * Make decisions quickly and easily under your own responsibility—we believe in hiring great people and giving them the freedom to execute. We’ll be glad to meet you if you have: * 4\+ years of experience in software engineering. * Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, and/or other technical domains. * Experience with JS \- Typescript \+ React, Go, Figma, design, components library. * Pet projects. * Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. * Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast\-paced startup environment. * Fluency in English at an upper\-intermediate level. Will be a plus: * Experience working in a startup. * Experience in ML or AI products.
