Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Architect to plan, design, manage, and supervise projects, combining office-based work with on-site project monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. We seek to incorporate a Junior Technical Architect into our team. The position combines office-based work (planning, design, and technical management) with on-site monitoring, actively participating in quality control, schedule adherence, and coordination with various teams. Main Responsibilities: * Project and construction planning and coordination. * On-site supervision and execution control. * Preparation of budgets, measurements, and certifications. * Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. * Preparation of technical documentation and incident management. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture / Bachelor’s in Building Construction or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (technical office or construction execution). * Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Excel, and budgeting software. * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory). * Professional-level English proficiency. * Problem-solving, organized profile with strong teamwork capabilities.
