We are seeking a person to participate in projects involving the design, development, integration, and delivery of software applications and solutions, applying best practices and adhering to established quality standards. **Your challenge** * Develop application components and new functionalities aligned with use cases, meeting established quality criteria throughout the software lifecycle. * Perform preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of applications. * Proactively collaborate with other technical team members in defining system architecture. * Actively contribute to the team’s technological evolution by staying up to date with relevant technologies. * Support the design of solutions that best address each project’s needs, leveraging available resources and capabilities. * Develop integrations between information systems. * Provide technical and functional support to users. **Requirements** * Education: University degree in STEM or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Computer Science. * Experience: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Development in Java environments. * Frontend programming languages such as Vue.js, Angular, or React. * Frameworks: Spring Boot, Hibernate, Thymeleaf. * Testing (JUnit) and Continuous Integration (GitLab). * Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB. * Knowledge: * Backend and frontend frameworks. * Reactive programming. * RESTful APIs. * Competencies: * Initiative to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Problem-solving skills. * Client orientation. * Languages: * High-level proficiency in Catalan. **You’ll stand out if you have** * Experience with Kotlin, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Docker. * Knowledge and/or experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum. * Familiarity with DevOps tools. * Understanding of good coding practices such as Test-Driven Development. **How UPCnet cares for you** Immediate incorporation Job stability and professional growth *️ Work–life balance: We offer our own innovative and award-winning “PEOPLE FIRST” work–life balance program because our people matter.
