Description

The position is carried out within the framework of integrated water cycle management, specifically in the Biosecurity area related to a public contract. The incumbent will perform field activities focused on collecting environmental samples and disinfecting both public and private spaces, in accordance with the client's specific requirements. This role is essential to ensure quality and safety in environmental monitoring processes. Daily responsibilities include verifying and recording equipment functionality before and after use, ensuring its proper operational condition. The representativeness of the sampling point must be confirmed prior to sample collection, applying established procedures to preserve sample characteristics until subsequent laboratory analysis. Occasionally, on-site measurements will be conducted using previously verified equipment, with all obtained data recorded in the appropriate formats and full traceability of each sample ensured through correct identification. Additionally, the operator is responsible for appropriate sample preservation, adapting the method to the requirements of the destination laboratory to maintain sample integrity. Tasks include physical delivery of samples, uploading on-site results together with observations and graphical material, and various supporting logistical duties. These duties encompass preparing stock materials, as well as performing basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle and equipment, ensuring continuous operational availability. This is a temporary replacement contract, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 to 15:00, and Fridays from 7:00 to 14:00. The gross annual salary is 24\.875 euros. A healthcare-related qualification is required, such as Nursing Assistant, Clinical Laboratory Technician, Nursing, or similar. Prior experience in sample extraction or collection is desirable. Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols, patient-friendly conduct, and communication skills are necessary. Organizational ability, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
