Reporting directly to the center's Management, your mission will be to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all center facilities; plan the work to be carried out and execute it directly or assign its execution to technical support assistants and helpers as appropriate. Key responsibilities include: * Performing necessary masonry, painting, carpentry, etc. tasks required for facility or building maintenance. * Monitoring and supervising all center installations (high- and low-voltage systems, machinery, etc.). * Safeguarding and maintaining maintenance logs, instruction manuals, visitor registers as stipulated by current legislation—or any such records established in the future.
