**Service Description:** The Antaviana Mental Health Community Rehabilitation Service (SRC) is a unit designed to deliver intensive rehabilitation and community reintegration programs and activities for individuals suffering from severe mental disorders and/or addictions. Its objective is to achieve an optimal level of functional recovery for patients, enabling them to attain the best possible quality of life with the least specific support required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Rehabilitation of patients’ personal capacities and social skills to enable them to carry out daily life activities with maximum autonomy possible; provision of psychosocial and psychoeducational care and support to families. * Coordination with community resources that may assist in the social inclusion of patients under care. * Case follow-up. * Coordination with the interdisciplinary team. * Participation in the development of therapeutic and patient plans. * Provision of person-centred care. * Participation in mental health prevention and promotion activities, as well as continuous improvement of quality of care. **What Requirements Are Necessary?** * Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy. * Catalan language proficiency level C1\. **Additional Qualifications That Will Be Valued Positively:** * Curriculum vitae. * Specialised/continuing education in Adult Community Mental Health. * Prior experience in psychosocial rehabilitation programs for severe mental disorders will be valued. **We Are Looking for a Person With:** * **Communication Skills:** clear, empathetic, and assertive communication, both with users and with professional teams. * **Responsibility:** ability to make decisions and perform job functions with commitment and engagement, taking into account received requirements and instructions, as well as one’s own criteria for action. * **Teamwork in Multidisciplinary Teams:** cooperative and coordinated work with all members of a team, collaborating in task execution and understanding that work is directed toward a shared objective. * **Adaptability:** ability to seek and apply agile and effective responses to changing situations, environments, people, responsibilities, and tasks—integrating change in a positive and constructive manner. * **Willingness to Learn:** maintaining a positive attitude toward learning to optimise professional competencies and successfully perform job duties. **What Do We Offer?** Joining the Mental Health Service team at the Parc Taulí Health Corporation Consortium, via a temporary replacement employment contract for the strictly necessary duration.
