Comprehensive international architectural project management, covering all phases from conceptual design to final delivery. The primary mission is to ensure the achievement of time, cost, quality, and scope objectives, acting as the liaison between the client, internal design teams, consultants, and local collaborators across various markets. Key responsibilities include leading strategic and operational planning—defining milestones, schedules, and resources—as well as coordinating multidisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, engineers, and technical consultants across different countries. Managing relationships with international clients to maintain smooth and aligned communication is also essential. Additionally, design phases such as Concept Design or Construction Documentation are supervised, ensuring technical consistency and compliance with local regulations. Contractual scope is rigorously controlled, including management of changes and risks, alongside financial oversight encompassing budget planning and cost control. A minimum of five years’ experience in international architectural project management and professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher) are required; French is considered an asset. Postgraduate education or project management certification is valued. Permanent contract and full-time employment. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Minimum five years’ experience managing international architectural projects. Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and transnational collaborations. Knowledge of architectural design processes, technical coordination, and contractual management in international contexts. Proficiency in Project Management methodologies applied to architectural projects. Ability to simultaneously manage planning, budgeting, resources, risks, and quality. Familiarity with document management and scheduling platforms such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools. Experience with BIM methodologies and digital collaborative coordination processes. Excellent comprehension of technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and contracts. Experience in hospitality, high-end residential, commercial, office, or mixed-use projects is advantageous.
