We're currently looking for a **Fullstack Engineer** to join our team and work on cloud\-based solutions that power enterprise print workflow management for one of our top\-tier technology clients — a platform that supports critical business operations worldwide and continues to evolve through ongoing enhancements in scalability, reliability and engineering efficiency. **\-What will your day to day be like?\-** This role is centered on the continuous evolution of the platform, with a strong emphasis on **backend** engineering — sustaining platform health while advancing targeted improvements that increase resilience, performance, maintainability and operational efficiency across the microservices landscape. *You will:* * Maintain and enhance backend microservices built with **Node.js.** * Optimise system **performance**, **reliability** and service **maintainability**. * **Troubleshoot** and **resolve** **production** **issues** with a pragmatic, ownership\-driven mindset. * Deliver incremental improvements that strengthen the platform **architecture** and developer **experience**. * Collaborate across teams to support the ongoing modernisation and operational **excellence** of the platform. * Contribute across the **stack** when needed, while remaining primarily focused on **backend** services. **\-What are we looking for?\-** * Strong professional experience with **Node.js** in production environments. * Strong **JavaScript** experience, with solid **TypeScript** experience highly valued. * Solid experience working with **microservices** and **distributed** **backend** systems. * Proven frontend development experience, with the ability to contribute effectively across the **full stack.** * Fullstack development experience, with a clear strength and preference for **backend** engineering. * Exposure to **MongoDB** and to **AWS** or comparable cloud platforms in production environments. * Experience **maintaining** and **improving** existing platforms — not only building greenfield applications. * Good **English** communication skills, both written and spoken.
