Advanced and specialized technical environment in cybersecurity DESCRIPTION BEIGAR is looking for a Cybersecurity Technical Lead to join a multinational leader in high-level cyberdefense and technological security projects. We seek a senior profile with solid technical expertise in cybersecurity and the ability to coordinate teams on highly demanding projects, combining technical leadership, strategic vision, and active participation in specialized tasks. The selected candidate will work in an advanced technical environment, participating in initiatives related to audits, hardening, risk analysis, incident response, and secure development. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 7 years of technical experience in cybersecurity. * Experience coordinating and managing technical teams. * High level of spoken and written English (C1\). * Strong communication skills and experience interacting with diverse audiences. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge in several of the following areas: * Security audits and penetration testing. * Secure development and code review. * Application and web technology security. * Threat intelligence, CTI, OSINT, TAXII, and STIX2\. * Digital forensics. * Risk analysis and cybersecurity governance. * System hardening and configuration auditing. * Firewalls, IDS/IPS, XDR. * Cryptography. * Linux at an advanced user level. * Scripting or programming with Bash, Python, Golang, or similar. * Problem-solving, analytical mindset, and team-oriented approach. **Preferred Qualifications** * Relevant cybersecurity certifications (OSCP, CISSP, or others). * Participation in CTFs or bug bounty programs. * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Master’s or doctoral studies. * Research capability and orientation toward technological innovation. * Experience in international environments or complex security projects. * Collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing. **About the Ideal Candidate** We seek senior cybersecurity professionals who already naturally exercise technical leadership and wish to evolve into a role with greater responsibility and visibility, without losing touch with technical work.
