Modern, dynamic, and customer-oriented advisory culture. **Description:** ---------------- Mercaconsult is collaborating with a professional advisory firm currently undergoing expansion, located in Sabadell and specializing in tax, accounting, and labor matters. This is a modern firm with a highly client-focused approach and a clear commitment to personalized service, working with companies across diverse sectors and sizes. Currently, they seek to incorporate a Labor Technician to strengthen their labor department within a collaborative, stable environment offering real professional growth opportunities. **What will be your mission?** You will join the labor team to provide comprehensive support in payroll management, employment contracts, and Social Security procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering rigorous, high-quality client service. This is a role offering progressively increasing autonomy: you will begin with internal mentoring and training, gradually assuming greater responsibilities. **Your main responsibilities:** * Preparation and review of monthly payrolls, incident control, variable components, and adjustments. * Management of Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications via the RED System. * Preparation and processing of employment contracts, extensions, and termination settlements, including notifications to SEPE. * Management of medical leaves, work-related accidents, and coordination with mutual insurance companies. * Control and updating of clients’ labor documentation. * Support in monthly closings and official reporting forms. * Basic client assistance within the labor domain.
