We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Process Team. **Responsibilities** ---------- **What will you do at Airplan?** As a **Technical Documentation and Validation Technician**, you will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation and qualification of our projects, guaranteeing compliance with Good Practices, regulatory standards, and user requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing technical and qualification documentation (FAT, IQ, OQ, SAT) to ensure quality compliance. * Executing internal and on-site qualification activities and quality controls according to client requirements. * Presenting and defending technical documentation to clients, either in person or remotely. * Performing assigned documentation and qualification tasks on time and to the required quality standard. * Staying up to date with industry regulations, Good Practices, and standards to ensure their correct application. * Collaborating on continuous improvement of departmental procedures and templates. * Ensuring the Quality Management System remains compliant, maintaining the integrated ERP Quality Database. **Requirements** -------------- **What we are looking for** **Experience**: * 3\-5 years as a Validation Technician in engineering firms, Quality Assurance, Quality and Organization Technicians, or Documentation Technicians within pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial sectors. * **Education**: * Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy Degree, or equivalent. * **Technical Knowledge**: * Regulatory requirements and validation practices applicable to the pharmaceutical, chemical, or biological industries. * Advanced proficiency in **Office 365**, **EKON**, robotics, and personnel management. * **Languages**: * Spanish, Catalan, and English (B2\-C1\); French (B2\-C1\) and Portuguese (B2\-C1\) are desirable. * **Key Competencies**: * Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills. * Decision-making, planning, and organizational abilities. * Autonomy, proactivity, and analytical capability. * Results- and customer-oriented mindset. * **Others**: * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * National and international geographic mobility (20%). **Benefits** -------------- **What we offer:** * Location: Sant Fruitós de Bages * Hybrid work model: office-based and remote work. * Professional development in a cutting-edge sector. * A dynamic, high-expectation environment where quality and innovation are our top priorities. * At AIRPLAN, S.A., we value diversity and promote an inclusive workplace where all employees enjoy equal opportunities for growth and development.
