We are a telemarketing company currently seeking personnel for our Sant Cugat del Vallès office to expand our COMMERCIAL department. We aim to hire candidates for two distinct services: FARMING: managing existing clients in our portfolio to offer them new products and services. HUNTER: acquiring new customers and re-engaging former customers of a leading employment platform. Commercial follow-up. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Prior experience in telephone sales required. * Catalan (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Permanent employment contract * Part-time afternoon shift (30 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary: 1100 * Additional information: Commission-based incentives. Afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Possibility to extend working hours to full-time. Permanent contract. Salary according to collective agreement \+ commissions.
