




Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician for first-level user support, incident management, and hardware and software support. Highlights: 1. First-level user support (in-person, telephone, and ticketing) 2. Resolution of basic hardware incidents and software support 3. User management and initial network diagnosis An IT Technician is required for the SAU (User Support Service). First-level user support (in-person, telephone, and via ticketing). Reception, registration, and classification of incidents and requests in the management tool. Resolution of basic hardware incidents (PCs, peripherals, printers, scanners). Support for corporate software and internal applications (configuration, access, common errors). Installation, configuration, and preparation of IT equipment. User management: onboarding, offboarding, permission changes, and password resets. Initial diagnosis of network and connectivity incidents. Escalation of incidents to higher levels according to established procedures. Tracking of tickets until resolution and communication with users. Documentation of solutions and updating of the knowledge base. Compliance with service quality and security procedures. Requirements: Training as an IT Technician or equivalent. Experience in SAU / Helpdesk technical support. Knowledge of Windows systems and office applications. Familiarity with ticketing tools. Ability to resolve incidents and provide user-oriented support. On-site work in Barcelona. * 1 year of experience. Prior experience in technical support or SAU (Helpdesk). * IT Technician * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Knowledge of Windows systems and office applications.
