We are proud to take fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE:** Your main objective will be to **support the development of data-driven solutions**, contributing to the professionalization of commercial distribution and logistics, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with departmental goals and fostering your professional learning and growth. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate in the **preparation, documentation, and processing of data**, participating in the development of solutions in **Python/PySpark**, following the technical guidelines set by the team and the Systems Department. * Support the **Data Science** team in developing analyses and solutions, contributing to continuous improvement and learning within the area. * Participate in the development and maintenance of **demand forecasting models**, supporting their validation and integration into corporate systems. * Collaborate in creating and updating **user interfaces and dashboards** using tools such as **Python, Streamlit, or Looker**, to facilitate decision-making. * Support the **monitoring, simulation, and documentation** of model impact, as well as tracking of business-defined **KPIs**. * Contribute to ensuring **data quality and consistency** across all stages of the analytical lifecycle, adhering to best practices defined by the team. * Participate in data projects and initiatives, supporting analysis and execution of tasks prioritized by more senior profiles. * Collaborate with other departments—especially **Business and Systems**—to understand requirements and support implementation of data solutions. * Follow the **methodologies, tools, and processes** established by the team for proper project execution. * Prepare analyses, progress reports, and documentation of results to share with the team and support decision-making. **ABOUT YOU:** * Technical education, preferably in **Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics**, or other quantitative disciplines. * Initial academic or professional experience in data analysis, programming, or development of analytical solutions. * Knowledge of **Python and SQL**. * Experience with data visualization tools such as **Looker, Power BI, or Streamlit** is a plus. * Experience or interest in **logistics, supply chain, or retail** environments is valued. * A **high level of English** is required. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Eagerness to learn and grow within a data-and-business environment. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model tailored to your needs.
