Warehouse Coordinator

Description

This position involves daily supervision of logistics operations in Sant Boi de Llobregat, ensuring products are stored correctly and ready for distribution. Responsibilities include inventory management, coordination with other departments, and process optimization to reduce costs and improve productivity. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are also analyzed, and management reports are prepared—all while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Part of the role involves leading the warehouse team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative environment. Problem-solving ability, decision-making under pressure, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams are required. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency in the logistics sector. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics management is required, as well as familiarity with WMS, MS Office, and ERP systems. Logistics or administration education is valued, and occupational safety certification is desirable though not mandatory. Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management. Leadership and multidisciplinary team management capabilities. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and IT tools (MS Office, ERP). Organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail. Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
