The position focuses on the maintenance and operation of industrial machinery. Tasks include preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment, ensuring continuous operation. The goal is to minimize unplanned downtime and guarantee safety and energy efficiency. Collaboration with production and logistics teams is essential to coordinate interventions aligned with plant objectives. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical and mechanical systems, interpreting technical schematics to identify root causes. In addition, the role involves participating in the installation, commissioning, and adjustment of new equipment, as well as improvements to existing systems. A detailed record of activities, spare parts, and observations is maintained, complying with documentation and quality control protocols. The work environment is dynamic, primarily within industrial facilities, with possible travel within the province. Teamwork, proactivity, and the ability to manage priorities under pressure are highly valued. The company provides personal protective equipment and promotes a strict safety culture. Availability for travel is required, and certifications in working at heights, use of electric tools, and industrial safety are considered advantageous. Education in electromechanics, electricity, industrial mechanics, or a related field. Prior experience in maintenance and repair of electromechanical machinery. Knowledge of interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Skills in technical problem-solving and decision-making.
