A building maintenance services company is seeking personnel to cover temporary assignments at various centers and facilities located in Barcelona. • Control and supervision of access for people and vehicles. • Assistance and information provision to residents, users, and visitors. • Reception and management of correspondence and parcels. • Basic surveillance of facilities and common areas. • Communication and follow-up of incidents and malfunctions. Minimum 3 months of experience. (However, we may also consider applications without prior experience.) Candidates must be responsible, punctual, organized, and capable of working autonomously in diverse environments. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time work schedule
