This is a strategic leadership role with high visibility and impact across the business, offering the opportunity to build and scale a world\-class Software Engineering organization. **Your Mission** You will **lead the Software Engineering function, defining the engineering strategy, driving operational excellence, and scaling high\-performing international teams.** Working closely with Product, Data \& AI, and senior business stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital products, cloud\-based solutions, and engineering excellence across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and **scale international software engineering teams.** * Define and e**xecute the global engineering strategy.** * Drive excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud\-Native and AI\-enabled development practices. * Establish engineering standards, architecture governance and quality frameworks. * **Partner with business and technology stakeholders**to deliver impactful digital solutions. * **Manage engineering capacity, delivery performance and continuous improvement initiatives.** **What We're Looking For** **Leadership \& Experience** * 10\+ years of experience in Software Engineering and technology leadership roles. * Proven experience leading and scaling international engineering organizations. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience defining engineering operating models and development frameworks. * Demonstrated success delivering complex digital products and platforms at enterprise scale. **Technical Expertise** * Strong background in Cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure. * Modern software architecture and enterprise application development. * APIs, microservices, integrations and distributed systems. * DevOps, CI/CD, automation and engineering productivity. * Software quality governance and engineering best practices. * Interest in leveraging AI to transform software development and delivery processes. * Fluent **English**required **What We Offer** * Join one of the world's **leading healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations.** * A **strategic leadership position** with global impact. * A**collaborative, innovation\-driven environment.**. * **Direct employment with the end client.** * Competitive executive\-level compensation and benefits package.
