Description

Sant Just Senior Residence requires a Gerocultor/a. Working hours: Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 to 14:30. Staff enjoy 1 or 2 days off during the week, one full weekend off per month, and alternate Sundays off. Temporary contract. Gross salary: €1221. \- Support residents with basic activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, and mobility). \- Make beds and maintain room order to ensure resident comfort. \- Serve meals and assist residents requiring help with eating. \- Perform mobilizations and transfers for individuals with reduced mobility, requiring good physical condition. \- Monitor residents' well-being and safety, and promptly inform the healthcare team of any changes in their condition. \- Provide emotional support and encourage participation in center activities. Minimum 3 months of experience.
