Team collaboration At **ROALE**, a leading company in the excavation and earthmoving sector, we continue expanding and are looking to hire an experienced **Backhoe Operator / First-Class Technician**, with proven experience in construction sites, land grading, excavation, and operation of heavy machinery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Transporting and loading soil, aggregates, and debris. * Safely and efficiently operating machinery such as excavators, backhoes, front-end loaders or multi-purpose loaders, etc. * Coordinating with the site team to ensure smooth task execution. * Performing basic maintenance and inspecting machinery condition. * Complying with on-site safety regulations. **Ideal Profile:** * Responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the pace of construction sites. * Proficiency in operating earthmoving machinery. * Commitment to safety and work quality. **Requirements:** * Prior experience operating excavation machinery. * Valid mandatory training in the construction sector. * **20-hour or 60-hour PRL Course \+ 6-hour specialized course in earthmoving** * Valid driver's license. * Preferred qualifications: * Experience in earthmoving operations. * Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join an established and growing company. * Job stability. * Positive work environment and team collaboration. * Competitive salary. **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Social Security registration from day one. * **Net monthly salary of €1\.700 in 14 payments.** * Overtime pay: €12 per hour. * Holiday work pay: €14 per hour. * Immediate start.
