Ref. 150601 BI BISER THERMOTECH Canovelles, Vallès Oriental Continuous rotating shift Permanent full-time contract 13/07/2026 Job Description During morning or afternoon continuous shifts, perform plant maintenance tasks (monitoring, repair and/or modification) across all specialties (furnace metalwork, motors, pistons, water or compressed air piping, etc.). Report directly to the Production Director and assume, if applicable, the responsibilities of Shift Supervisor. Opportunity for promotion based on company development. Requirements * Qualification: FP-2 or Medium-level Vocational Training or equivalent * Preferred: \- Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing + Leadership ability + Basic knowledge of machine control via SCADA systems + Experience in maintenance of industrial plants * Desired: \- Proactive and versatile attitude (willingness to assist in other production tasks) * Mandatory: \- Knowledge of industrial mechanics + MMA and MIG welding knowledge + Catalan spoken and written + Driving license B1 * Additional requirements: \- Elevating work platform license or willingness to obtain it.
