Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveying Engineer to work on civil engineering, urban planning, environmental, and architectural projects, performing layout design of construction works and preparing annexes. We are looking for a Surveying Engineer to work with an engineering company in Madrid specializing in civil engineering, urban planning, environmental, and architectural projects. The main responsibilities will include layout design of construction works (roundabouts, residential developments, access roads, service roads) in plan and elevation; preparation of layout annexes; earthwork measurements and volumetric calculations; longitudinal and transverse profiles. **Requirements:** * **Surveying Engineering degree, ITOP or ICCP, or equivalent degrees** * **Minimum 3–5 years’ experience** in the described responsibilities is mandatory. * **Proficiency in Office, CAD, and PRESTO is mandatory.** * **Proficiency in surveying software such as Civil3D, MDT, Istram, or Clip is mandatory.** * Familiarity with preliminary design and conceptual modeling (INFRAWORKS) is desirable. * Familiarity with utility network design software (e.g., CYPE), BIM software (e.g., REVIT, CYPE), and GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS or other GIS platforms) is desirable. **Conditions:** * Direct, permanent employment contract. * Opportunity for professional development and continuous improvement — we continue expanding across all departments. * Winter working hours arranged to enable an intensive summer schedule and intensive Fridays. * Possibility of remote work for one day per week after adaptation to the role. * Competitive salary.
