Our core values — collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust — guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** We are seeking a **Frontend React Developer** with at least **4 years of experience** in: * Front-End development using **React, TypeScript, and Next.js**. * State management with tools such as **TanStack Query, Zustand, or Context API**. * Modern web development and best practices in Front-End architecture. * Testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end). * Working in **Agile/Scrum** environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to work autonomously and with a results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills when interacting with Product, Design, Development, and Business teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using **React and TypeScript**. * Participate in defining **user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design components**. * Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to launch new features. * Implement state management solutions and optimize application performance. * Design and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality. * Identify and resolve issues, continuously improving the user experience. * Contribute to the evolution of the design system and to Front-End development best practices. We’d love it if you’re also comfortable with **English.** **Additionally, experience and/or knowledge in the following areas would be highly valued:** * Testing with **Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright**. * Design system development and component library creation. * Web performance and accessibility optimization. * Mobile development (React Native or other technologies). * Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) environments. * International product teams.
