Job Responsibilities: * Your primary mission will be planning, managing, and controlling service operations within your area of responsibility—including ensuring, at all times, the safety of all our teams. * Manage a team of expert technicians. * Supervise their performance and ensure appropriate customer service, promoting our services through suitable advisory support. * Serve as the point of reference in your region for operational and technical services contracted by our customers. * Be responsible for the operational maintenance costs of your area, as well as for revenue from service calls and repair sales in your assigned zone.
