DESCRIPTION We at **KENOS Technology** are seeking a **Mid-Senior OpenShift / DevOps (Kubernetes) Technician**, with a minimum of **3 years of experience** in Kubernetes/OpenShift platform administration. This is a **remote** position based in **Spain.** **Responsibilities:** * Administration, maintenance, and evolution of Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms. * Deployment and management of containerized applications. * Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines. * Automation of continuous integration and deployment processes. * Platform monitoring and observability using tools such as Prometheus and Elastic Stack. * Incident resolution, performance analysis, and optimization of production environments. * Collaboration with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure service stability. REQUIREMENTS * Higher Vocational Training (FP II) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience administering Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. * Official Kubernetes/OpenShift certification: * CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or * Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, or * Microsoft AZ-305. * Experience with CI/CD tools. * Experience with Azure DevOps. * Experience with GitHub Actions. * Knowledge of Prometheus, Elastic Stack, and observability tools. **Desirable:** * Experience in hybrid or multicloud environments. * Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code. * Experience with enterprise-grade high-availability platforms. * Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift security and hardening. **What do we offer?** * **Remote position in Spain.** * Indefinite-term contract to provide job stability. * Flexible working hours and an intensive work schedule during July and August, as well as on Fridays. * Referral rewards: incentives for recommending new talent. * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, private health insurance, transportation allowance, or childcare support. * Continuous training and professional development. * Personalized follow-up and support for your professional growth.
