We are looking for an enthusiastic: **QCS Service Engineer** Job ID \-73266 / Ibarra (Spain) KEY TASKS * Regular maintenance services at paper mills, focused on QCS and DCS; * Optimization and maintenance of Voith systems and equipment, and preferably of competitor systems installed at customer sites; * Repairs and troubleshooting of customer-specific issues; * Installation of software updates and backups; * Control optimization in coordination with the customer to improve final product quality; * Identification and replacement of spare parts; * Verification and adjustment of supplied documentation; * Customer staff training (machine operators, maintenance personnel); * Remote diagnostics and service via modem; * Execution of commissioning for control regulation and control systems; * Execution of functional tests at plants and suppliers for acceptance; * Preparation of reports; * Collaboration on product improvement and vulnerability analysis; * Proactive sales of spare parts, update solutions, and service features. EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automation or Process Engineering. EXPERIENCE * Prior experience in Project Management of at least 3 years in Voith.
