Responsibilities: * Manage the area to optimize personnel performance by planning resources, prioritizing activities, aligning efforts toward objectives, and motivating staff toward achievement. * Lead technical feasibility analysis and defense of offers and strategic projects. * Direct product development and promote technological innovation (R&D+i). * Supervise technical studies and 3D design of assemblies, as well as drafting of manufacturing construction drawings (design of components, mechanisms, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems). * Coordinate and ensure correct commissioning of new products and processes. * Implement the departmental management plan and technical area strategy. * Establish and monitor key departmental performance indicators. * Actively participate in the Executive Committee, contributing technical insight. * Ensure clear orientation toward products, production, and industrial processes. * Manage and lead projects from order placement through final implementation. REQUIREMENTS: * Higher or Technical Industrial Engineering degree. * Solid experience, minimum 5 years; * Technical Office and/or Engineering roles * Innovation and New Product Development * Design of transmission systems (pulleys and gears) * 3D design of capital equipment * Team management and people leadership Mandatory: * Advanced 3D design skills (preferably SolidWorks) and office software proficiency. * Manufacturing processes: machining * Hydraulics and pneumatics * High conversational and written English proficiency.
