They will lead business development, drive growth and profitability, as well as expansion into new markets and customer segments. Additionally, they will coordinate various company departments, ensuring process efficiency, achievement of financial objectives, and appropriate organizational-level decision-making. ### **Requirements** • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. • Knowledge of the food industry and its distribution channels will be valued. • Over five years of experience in management, business development, or commercial leadership roles with a global perspective. • Strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, results orientation, and negotiation skills.
