Job Summary: We are seeking an early-rising, dynamic, and organized individual to prepare and cook food, set up and dismantle buffets, manage stock, and perform cleaning tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic work environment * **Food preparation and cooking** for the buffet (hot dishes such as eggs, bacon, pancakes, as well as fruit cutting, cold cuts, and pastries). * **Buffet setup, replenishment, and dismantling**, ensuring presentation is always impeccable and attractive to our guests. * **Stock control** and support in receiving specific breakfast-related goods. * **Cleaning and disinfection** of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP). **What We Are Looking For:** * An **early-rising, dynamic, organized** individual capable of working autonomously during peak morning hours. * Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. **What We Offer:** * **Contract type:** Initial temporary contract with **real possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract**, based on performance and adaptation. * **Working hours:** **30 hours per week**. * **Schedule:** Morning shift (ideal for combining with studies or other afternoon activities). * **Salary:** According to the Gipuzkoa hospitality collective agreement. * Immediate integration into a professional team and a dynamic work environment.
