Position Summary: Eurovia is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the execution of linear construction projects, including planning, cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the execution of linear construction projects (roads). 2. Control project costs, schedules, and quality. 3. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental protection, and quality. Eurovia España (a subsidiary of the Vinci Group) is one of the world’s leading players in transportation infrastructure construction and urban development. PROBISA VÍAS Y OBRAS, a Eurovia subsidiary, seeks to hire a Site Manager for linear construction projects (roads) in Riotinto, Huelva. Job Responsibilities: * Analyze project scope and plan required activities. * Identify external support needs for each work unit, selecting subcontractors based on economic and scheduling comparisons. * Draft subcontracting agreements, verifying compliance with legal requirements: social security insurance, occupational risk prevention, quality standards, etc. * Monitor and track project progress regarding costs, schedules, quality, etc., ensuring alignment with contractual provisions. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental protection, and quality on site. * Prepare monthly construction certifications. * Conduct project valuations and report achieved productivity metrics. * Control administrative allocation of project costs and client invoicing. Requirements: * Academic qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports) or Technical Engineering in Public Works; Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Prior experience: Minimum 4\-5 years’ experience serving as Site Manager * Valid driver’s license * Training in Construction Occupational Risk Prevention (basic 60-hour course) * Availability to work in Huelva Pursuant to Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March, Eurovia has set as an objective the promotion of effective defense and application of the principle of equality between men and women, preventing any form of gender-based labor discrimination and thereby guaranteeing equal access opportunities.
