Position Mission: Provide treatment to all residents to ensure their psychological quality of life is as satisfactory as possible for them, their families, and their environment. Also contribute to the psychological well-being of families, caregivers, and center staff by helping them maintain and/or improve their emotional and psychological capacities when facing new situations related to the resident. Responsibilities: * Conduct assessments of new admissions as part of the interdisciplinary team, preparing reports describing the objectives established for each user. * Deliver individual psychological therapy interventions according to the defined individual care plan. * Conduct group psychological therapy interventions. * Facilitate and evaluate the resident's adaptation and integration process during daily interdisciplinary team meetings. * Advise direct-care professionals on adapted behavioral guidelines for residents. Train these professionals in behavior management, awareness, and empathy toward the feelings of admitted individuals, especially regarding sensitivity and empathy towards their emotions during immobilization procedures. * Prepare psychological reports for users upon request from courts or guardianship entities. Also prepare discharge reports for the relevant facility and destination. * Daily preparation and maintenance of the type of permission each resident holds. * Authorize the use of electronic devices (phones, mobiles, TV, MP3, etc.) through a therapeutic agreement specifying usage times and rules signed by the psychologist and the user, committing to responsible use.
