Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** * Load and unload the dishwasher, dry and organize tableware, cutlery, and glassware. * Clean and prepare kitchen utensils and kitchenware, making them available to the Chef and Kitchen Assistant. * Clean the kitchen area, managing time efficiently and ensuring optimal final results. * Clean kitchen machinery, guaranteeing it remains in perfect condition for the next service. * Perform cleaning of the Office. * Place weekly cleaning supplies orders and report them to the Head Chef. * Prepare tableware for the organization’s various sales points to streamline the work of the team. * Comply with the use of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for performing job functions. * Ensure proper use of equipment and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils and notifying accordingly. **Requirements:** --------------- You are ideal for this position if… Secondary education graduate / Professional Certification in Cooking. Food Handler Certificate. Minimum 1 year of experience in this role, within a 5\* environment and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels \& Resorts, or similar.
