Purpose of the Position** ---------------------------- To supervise and coordinate the operations of the regulated on-street parking service (ORA), ensuring compliance with operational procedures, correct performance by the enforcement team, and proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure associated with the service. Combines operational supervision and technical maintenance functions, contributing to service continuity and quality for both the Municipal Council and citizens. Acts as the liaison between the operational team and the Contract Manager. **2\. Key Responsibilities** ------------------------------- ### **Operational Supervision** * Organize and assign routes and zones to the enforcement team. * Monitor the presence, compliance, and performance of the team in the field. * Conduct joint field visits, activity reviews, and service quality control. * Participate in public road studies conducted in regulated and non-regulated areas. ### **Public Road Surveillance and Control** * Verify correct use of regulated parking spaces, ensuring compliance with tariffs, operating hours, and parking conditions. * Identify violations and issue official reports in accordance with established procedures. ### **Parking Management Using Visual Car Vehicle** * Carry out parking control tasks using the vehicle equipped with the Visual Car system, verifying accurate license plate reading and supervision in regulated zones. ### **Maintenance of Parking Meters and Equipment** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on parking meters, sensors, cameras, electric chargers, signage, and other service-related equipment. * Check equipment status and address incidents reported by the system or field personnel. * Manage replenishment of consumables and minor repairs. ### **Technical Management and Diagnostics** * Detect, analyze, and diagnose faults for repair or technical escalation. * Configure, update, and commission devices and systems associated with the ORA service. * Conduct functional tests following technical interventions. ### **Incident Management** * Resolve operational or technical incidents related to the service. * Coordinate interventions with suppliers or technical support when required. * Support the operational team in resolving complex incidents occurring in public spaces. ### **Document Control and Reporting** * Record technical interventions, incidents, and operational actions in corporate systems. * Review reports and prepare operational and technical reports for the Contract Manager. * Monitor operational and technical service indicators. ### **Training and Team Support** * Train and accompany new enforcement officers on routes, systems, and ORA regulations. * Identify opportunities for operational improvement and propose corrective actions. ### **Institutional Relations** * Collaborate with Local Police, Municipal Council, and municipal services on activities related to the service or special mobility situations. **3\. Position Requirements** ----------------------------- **Education** * Compulsory Secondary Education; vocational training in Electricity, Electromechanics, Telecommunications, or similar fields is desirable. **Experience** * Experience in operational services or technical maintenance. * Experience in regulated parking or team coordination is desirable. **Knowledge** * Familiarity with ORA regulations and operational procedures. * Basic knowledge of electronics, communications, or technical maintenance. * Proficiency with diagnostic tools and reporting systems. **Other Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. * Ability to work in public spaces and travel between service zones. * Good physical condition for fieldwork. **6\.
