




We are seeking an administrative assistant for the documentation department in Niebla (Huelva). The position involves managing all documentation related to the transportation sector, ensuring everything is in order and easily accessible. Responsibilities include maintaining smooth and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and other external collaborators. Additionally, support will be provided in preparing reports and various essential documents for the department's operations, as well as other daily administrative tasks as they arise. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. * We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * High level of English required. GM/GS in administration or equivalent.
