Position Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician in Manresa to assist with inspections, repairs, and equipment assembly, with the possibility of gaining task autonomy over time. Key Points: 1. Assistance with machinery inspections and repairs. 2. Collaboration in assembly, adjustment, and commissioning of equipment. 3. Gradual acquisition of autonomy in tasks. We are looking for a technically skilled individual to join a maintenance team in Manresa. Key responsibilities will include assisting with periodic machinery inspections to ensure proper operation. You will also actively participate in troubleshooting and repair work, learning to identify and resolve basic mechanical and electrical faults. You will collaborate on the assembly, adjustment, and commissioning of various equipment, always under the guidance of experienced personnel. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, afternoon shift. The contract is temporary, with the opportunity to gradually assume greater autonomy in tasks. * Experience in similar or identical roles. * We seek an initiative-driven, organized individual with strong problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, preventive mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage.
