Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with solid construction knowledge and experience in end-to-end project management, combining technical expertise and commercial acumen to grow the business, coordinate teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery. This role combines on-site technical work with active commercial responsibilities, focused on growing the business in Huelva. Core responsibilities span from client acquisition and budget preparation to team coordination, cost control, and high-quality project delivery. Detailed planning, resource management, and supervision of work execution are required. Maintaining strong client relationships is also essential, as the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact and provide expert advice. The candidate must proactively identify new business opportunities and understand market needs to drive growth. Team leadership, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, is critical. A long-term contract is offered within a professional and evolving work environment. Compensation will be competitive and negotiated according to experience, with potential performance-based incentives. Necessary tools for the role—including a company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop—will be provided, along with initial training to ensure smooth onboarding and professional development. Technical education (e.g., engineering, technical engineering, higher vocational training, or equivalent). Demonstrable experience in construction project management or coordination of technical works. Prior experience in commercial roles or a strong interest in business development and client interaction is highly valued. Strong organizational capabilities, team leadership ability, and proficiency in communication and negotiation are required. Solid user-level proficiency with standard computer applications is essential. A valid EU driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel are mandatory. Prior specific experience as a Site Manager, Commercial Technician, or Project Manager is advantageous.
