If you know how to turn data into decisions and planning into results… this opportunity is for you.** **We’re looking for you!** At **Securitas Direct**, we aim to hire a new **Workforce Technician** for our Field Service Support team, reporting directly to the Area Supervisor, at our offices in Ciudad de la Imagen. Your primary mission will be to monitor and analyze service workload, ensuring the necessary resources are available. You will also be responsible for proposing the required actions to achieve various operational KPIs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. * Design and implement adjustments to increase efficiency and reduce inefficiencies in daily planning. * Prepare monitoring reports to evaluate process performance and evolution. * Collaborate with different departments to ensure correct application of procedures and smooth coordination. * Support operational organization tasks (scheduling, planning, movements) from a continuous optimization perspective. **Essential Requirements:** * Multitasking ability, capacity to work autonomously, take initiative, and set priorities. * Analytical ability, planning skills, and capability to resolve situations under pressure. * Strong communication skills. * Results orientation and skills in identifying process improvements. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Workforce Technician. * Knowledge of and proficiency with Workforce tools. * Good level of Excel and Access. **Position Specifications:** * Location: Ciudad de la Imagen (Madrid) * Full-time, split-shift schedule. * Option for telework. * Continuous training and internal growth opportunities. * Subsidized cafeteria.
