What will be your mission? You will be responsible for the **end-to-end operational management** of landscaping services: daily team coordination, client and supplier liaison, and agile response to the needs of both mobile staff and fixed-site centers—ensuring compliance with standards, budget, and quality requirements. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * **Daily direction, coordination, and management** of the operational team (field and office support). * **Incident management and resolution** with clients, maintaining smooth and continuous communication. * **Operational planning**, performance tracking, and development of **service plans**. * **Service quality control** and proposals for continuous improvement. * Coordination with Department Head/Management for **reporting and continuous improvement**. * Monitoring of the **annual budget** and departmental plan control. * Preparation of **adaptation budgets**, as required by operational needs. Requirements **Experience** * Minimum **5 years** managing **operational teams**, preferably in services, maintenance, or construction. * Proven experience managing **field-based personnel** and demanding environments. * Prior experience in similar roles, **verifiable**. **Education** * Technical training relevant to the position (e.g., garden maintenance/services). * Specific training in **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)**.
